Joyce Matthews Hampton

After thirty-eight years as a public educator, I retired to devote more time to my writing career. Some of my pieces have appeared in Gravel Literary Magazine and HeartWood Literary Magazine. As a member of the Mountain Scribes writers group, in Jefferson County, I contributed to two anthologies "Last Writes: Haunting Tales from the Mountain Scribes" and "The Appalachian Compilation Appalachian Inspired Prose and Verses"
